Joanne will look at assembling/preparing recommendations/tutorials on the following:
  * Tutorial on proper use of G: and H: drives for both deskptops and laptops.
  * Don’t save passwords on your desktop.
  * Don’t store anything (electronically or on paper) that you don’t absolutely need to.
  * Password Protect Individual Documents?

=== Admininstrative Systems ===
  * Barbara and Steve will prepare a list of individuals in the Administrative Departments.  From this list we will attempt to determine the levels of security needed by each department/individual.  This will by necessity involve discussions with the departments.

=== SNO/TSS ===
  * James will prepare a list of services that are not secure.
  * James will investigate a methodology for periodically reviewing server file permissions.
