Upgrade Issues Database

• NAME_FORMAL in PS_NAMES should not contain the NAME_INITIALS! (ie my name_formal is “Daniel DK Koepf” )
• The PS_ORG_APPL_VW should not contain multiple rows for effective dated names.
• LOC_ADDR is now in a table called ADDRESSES_SA. Is that table maintained interactively or where does it come from? I have built a new view wes_ps8_address which joins the two tables.
