Joanne will look at assembling/preparing recommendations/tutorials on the following:

• Tutorial on proper use of G: and H: drives for both deskptops and laptops.
• Don’t save passwords on your desktop.
• Don’t store anything (electronically or on paper) that you don’t absolutely need to.
• Password Protect Individual Documents?

• Barbara and Steve will prepare a list of individuals in the Administrative Departments. From this list we will attempt to determine the levels of security needed by each department/individual. This will by necessity involve discussions with the departments.

• James will prepare a list of services that are not secure.
• James will investigate a methodology for periodically reviewing server file permissions.
