Once the programmer is satisfied that it is working properly the file will be updated (at a minumum) with a line item of UPG89 and the developers initials and a copy will be place in SQR_WES in the test directory structure. The original renamed copy of the file can be deleted from SQR_WES in DEV.

The command line will change to something like:
